That's why we created our signature satay celup sauce - a magical blend of premium ingredients that will transport your taste buds to the streets of Malaysia. Our passion for great food and our commitment to quality has earned us over 90 years’ of experience in the industry.

Our journey began with a search for the perfect ingredients. We scoured the globe to source the finest ingredients around the world. We even went to the lengths of importing grade A onions from Thailand and garlics from China, where they're grown with care and harvested at the perfect moment to ensure their sweet and delicate flavour. Our peanuts come from India, where they're carefully inspected before being roasted to perfection. Our galangal and lemongrass are grown on our own farms, where they're nurtured with love and sunshine until they reach their peak flavour profile.

But great ingredients alone aren't enough. We knew that to create a truly exceptional sauce, we had to put in the time, effort, and care to prepare them properly. It takes us a full 8 hours to prepare the ingredients for our sauce, including peeling, chopping, and grinding them to release their full flavour. We then spend another 8 hours cooking and reducing the sauce to perfection, stirring and tasting as we went, until we achieved the perfect balance of sweet, savoury and spicy.

We also firmly believe that great food should be accessible to everyone, which is why we use massive amounts of ingredients in our sauce, including plenty of peanuts to give it that rich, nutty flavour. We never use preservatives or colouring - just pure, natural ingredients that are as good for you as they are delicious. To ensure that our sauce stays fresh and delicious, we use vacuum packaging to keep out bacteria and air. Hygiene is taken very seriously, and we're proud to say that our sauce can be kept for up to 9-10 months without any degradation in flavour or quality.
